Welcome to BrightAIMentor! These Terms of Service govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of AI educational services for professionals. By using our AI educational services or utilizing our offerings, you agree to these terms and commit to fully comply with them.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Customer Information – Our services are available to professionals and individuals seeking high-quality AI educational services. When using our services, we request information about your educational interests and preferences to ensure appropriate and targeted educational guidance.
2.2. Registration – Our educational services require prior consultation and case evaluation by BrightAIMentor. You are obligated to provide accurate and current information about your educational interests and legal requirements, as well as relevant contact details.
2.3. Behavioral Guidelines – During our educational services and interactions, we expect the highest professionalism and respectful behavior. Any form of inappropriate communication, disruptive behavior, or violations of our professional guidelines may result in immediate termination of services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Customers commit to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during our premium services regarding educational practices, case strategies, and other customers.

3. Service Booking and Payment

3.1. Educational Service Engagement – Educational services can be accessed through our website, by phone, or by email and are binding after our written confirmation. Due to the exclusive nature of our services, we reserve the right to accept or decline requests at our discretion.
3.2. Payment Terms – Educational service fees are due before the first consultation. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and for qualified customers, 30-day payment terms.
3.3. Corporate Services – For organizations requiring regular educational services, separate payment terms as specified in the respective service agreement can be arranged.
3.4. Cancellation Terms – No fee is charged for cancellations up to 72 hours before a scheduled educational consultation. For cancellations within 72 hours, a cancellation fee of CAD 150 may apply. No-shows for scheduled educational sessions will be charged the full service fee.

4. Service Provision and Changes

4.1. Service Planning and Execution

  • BrightAIMentor reserves the right to change the availability of services, times, and educational specialists.
  • In case of service unavailability, appointments may be rescheduled or alternative educational options may be suggested.
  • Changes to appointments are communicated to customers as early as possible with reasonable advance notice.
    4.2. Educational Documentation – All provided educational plans, assessments, and business analyses are created with the utmost care. However, the final responsibility for reviewing all educational information lies with the customer and their educational advisors.

5. Premium Services and Special Requests

5.1. Premium Registration – Premium services and specialized educational access are subject to separate, stricter registration conditions that are communicated before booking and are binding. This may include comprehensive business assessments and educational reviews.
5.2. Cancellation Terms for Premium Services – Cancellations for premium services must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Later cancellations will be charged a fee of CAD 2,500.
5.3. Service Restrictions – For certain specialized educational services, we reserve the right to restrict or deny access based on legal requirements, regulatory restrictions, or insufficient qualification documentation of the interested party.

6. Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – BrightAIMentor is only liable for intentional misconduct or gross negligence of our personnel or educational experts. We assume no liability for the accuracy of business information provided by third parties (banks, authorities, educational institutions) or for errors in externally provided documents.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Our educational service providers conduct thorough assessments and educational analyses but do not independently verify all technical, educational, or regulatory details. Customers are strongly encouraged to consult independent educational professionals, educational advisors, and business experts.

7. Discretion and Confidentiality

7.1. Confidentiality Agreement – All parties commit to absolute discretion regarding all educational services, customer identities, and service details. This also applies after termination of the educational relationship.
7.2. Media Waiver – Customers agree not to disclose any details about their relationship with BrightAIMentor or provided educational solutions to media or third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is considered an essential part of these Terms of Service and should be read carefully.
8.2. Educational Records – We maintain confidential records of educational services and consultations. These records are stored securely and in compliance with the highest data protection standards.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Service Quality – At BrightAIMentor, we strive to provide exceptional educational services. If you are not completely satisfied with the educational consultation received, please notify us within 14 business days after service provision.

9.2. Refund Eligibility – Refunds or service credits may be granted at our discretion when:

  • A demonstrable error occurred in the educational service or representation by our personnel
  • Essential educational information was presented incorrectly or misleadingly due to our error
  • Premium educational services were not provided as promised or described
  • For legitimate complaints about the quality of our educational services

9.3. Refund Process – To request a refund or service adjustment, please contact our customer service team in writing with details of your concerns and relevant documents. We will review each case individually and discreetly and respond within 7 business days.

9.4. Limitations – Please note that refunds may not be available for:

  • Educational services that have already been fully provided according to agreed service criteria
  • Circumstances where the customer has provided incomplete or inaccurate information about their educational interests or legal needs
  • Requests made more than 60 days after service provision
  • Customer rejections of educational services due to changed personal circumstances or preferences
  • Legal conditions or service availability outside our control

9.5. Alternative Solutions – In appropriate cases, we may offer extended educational services, access to alternative educational programs, or partial credits instead of a full refund, depending on the nature of the concerns. Our goal is to find a satisfactory and discreet solution for all parties involved.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms of Service are subject to Canadian law. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of BrightAIMentor, insofar as this is legally permissible.
